Why Wallace Ranch
In the early 1960s, Dr. Marvin Wallace discovered this land on his drives between Bellevue and Moses Lake — a place he called “the prettiest little ranch from Seattle to Moses Lake.” The river canyon, the Stuart Mountain views, and the meeting point of desert and forest made it unlike anything else along the route.
Today, Wallace Ranch is shaped with that same sense of care. Designed as a conservation plat, the community follows the land’s natural contours and protects the privacy, space, and beauty that first caught Dr. Wallace’s eye.
What Makes Wallace Ranch Unique

Riverfront lots with 150 feet between residences
Summit View homesites that balance community and seclusion
